Hi,I don’t understand why SA.5 changes the size of every work saved.
when saving, the size is automatically reduced,for example an image of 2360 x 2168 inches is reduced to 1777 x 1175.
I never had this problem with SA.4
I am workin on Mac the os is Hight Sierra.

Read more…Hi, here is the video I made back in 2010 for my song "Teenage Tongue Cult". I finally found my master folder of image sequence files for it on one of my old hard drives, and since the version I had on my Vimeo was of pretty terrible pixelated low quality visually, I re-did it yesterday. It has extensive use of Studio Artist through the whole thing. I made it by first animating the characters and scenes in Flash, against a mostly kind of muddy green background, a color I knew wasn't being used…

Is there a chance that your SA session is opening at a default canvas size and therefore saving files at that size? If so, you can set the default canvas size from the Preferences/General tab. Just a guess.
Thanks for telling us you are running into this. I want you to tell me exactly how to reproduce this. Not something i'm aware of, but if it's happening we can certainly fix it.
So, can you post a specific list of steps i would need to do to make this happen. I'll then see if i can reproduce it here. Will be fixed immediately if a bug is there.
Thanks for your reply Victor, its seems the solution is resizing the canvas according to the specifications of the image I want to open, so there is no modification at saving.
Oh good. And, FYI, in case you regularly work in the same size and you start with a blank canvas, the preference setting I mentioned willl get you going at your preferred size. ~v
