I have an effects brush. A water drip effect. What I would like is to modulate the amount of drip based on pen pressure but am having trouble finding the control that would do that. In Photoshop this would roughly be using transfer mode on a brush with pen pressure controlling flow. Is this not possible or am I just missing something obvious in the brush settings. FWIW I am very new to Studio Artist with a pen tablet so it may well be a control I've overlooked.

It depends on how the paint synthesizer preset is built. If the drip extent is based on Autodraw Interactive pen mode and the Max Path Length, you can modulate that using pressure by setting the Path Length Mod control in the Path Shape control panel to Pressure.
If it's setup differently, then you'd have to edit the appropriate modulator in the paint synth to use pressure.
That was it. Still wrapping my head around how much is controllable with a pen tablet. Answer: a lot. It is like a whole different piece of software.
