I am using the Non Rep_watercolor on paper, but I'd like to change one of the action steps (Auto Paint-Blended Rect) to another preset inside of the PASeq. How do I do that? Thanks!

You can turn on PASeq recording, press action button to record the auto-paint step you want. Turn off PASeq recording. Then drag the newly recorded auto-paint action step to the appropriate position in the PASeq. If you want to get rid of one of the old action steps, select it and press the delete key.
There are also contextural menu commands, so you can select an action step, then control click it on mac (right click on windows), and you see some different context commands in a popup menu. So you can move the current editor settings into the action step. so you could play an action step, or use a context command to set the editor to the action step, then edit the editor settings, then use the context command to move the editor settings into the action step.
