Lost My Studio Artsit

Hi

I was going to use my Studio Artsit and the icon went missing and all i get is this message : The Item 'StudioArtist 4.05.exe' refers to has been changed or Moved, So the Shortcut will no longer work properly.

Do you want to delete this short cut.

I have looked for it and i cannot find  StudioArtist 4.05.exe i can find where StudioArtist is but no StudioArtist 4.05.exe? Am baffled.

Is there away round this or shell i uninstall and re-download a new one.? and if so does that mean down load trail and put in my code numbers.

Am at a lost here? No idea what to do.

    Hi

    Its OK i have fixed it as it was a false Positive from my virus checker (Avast)

    The Studio Artist windows installer places the main Studio Artist folder inside of your windows computer's Program Files (x86) folder. The Studio Artist application is inside of that main Studio Artist folder, along with other things the application needs, like the Preset folder, Brush folder, etc.

    It also puts Studio Artist inside of your windows Start menu. Unless you manually deleted Studio Artist from the start menu, or ran the Studio Artist Uninstall menu command, there is no reason why Studio Artist would not be in your start menu.

Is anybody making a copy of all the material in the Tutorials Forum

Since the Forum is going away in June, has anyone started to make a copy of all the stuff in the Tutorials forum?I've made copies of some of the tutorial material on the main site, but haven't looked at the Tutorial Forum yet.I'm going to continue copying as much as I can for my own personal use anyway, but if anyone else is doing it, or has already started doing it, please let me know.Maybe we can co-ordinate our efforts. ps can't ..... believe John, would let this happen without so much as a…

Studio Artist is in Italy!

I was crawling the streets of Matera, Italy today and may have discovered where SA is hiding!  (see attached photo). Not meaning to make light of this great, sad mystery. But I just couldn't resist as I try to make sense of what's happening. Losing my connection to SA, Synthetik and John has been a great sadness... and if real, ends a monumental era in my creative life. love,~Victor
