i want to back up a copy of SA as i am sorting my computer out, what is the best way?
also i wondered about the 'action step to interface' and 'interface to action step'...i use the first but dont get the latter, i am sure its very simple and i'm just not seeing it.

Interface to action step overwrites what is recorded in the action step based on the current settings in the editor for the operation mode effect associated with the selected action step.
Backing up a copy of studio artist is really no different than backing up any folder on your computer. Just make a copy of the main Studio Artist folder from the applications folder onto another disk, or removable media, etc. Everything studio artist uses to run is stored in the main studio artist folder.
Carbon Copy Cloner is a great application for backing up an entire computer disk. You can make a bootable copy of your main startup disk. very useful if your computer crashes.
