How does one make sure the output of a rotoscope is a high definition 1920x1080 or 5K render?
There is a check box check rescale PASeq. What does this mean? How should it be used?

The output size of a rendered movie generated from Studio Artist is going to be whatever the canvas size is. If you have a loaded source movie and run the process source with paseq menu command, then your existing canvas size is the output movie size. Set it up accordingly when building you paseq.
If you are running a process movie with paseq to movie menu command, then you get to set the output canvas size in on of the dialogs that come up after running the menu command (select source movie, setup output canvas size, name and position output move).
You can read about the 'rescale paseq' checkbox in this tip in the 'rerendering the canvas' section of the tip.
