Try the No Interpolate option at the top left of the dialog.

What I really like about this is that it allows me to split the page (double the existing width) and by layering I can see two page spread layouts on screen like in a book. Before I had to see the pages together in a publishing program or use Photoshop. It also opens the way for the imagination to visualize animation from one "page" to the next as well.
