I created an image using the vectorizer and when I increased the image size, the results were not the same, even though all the parameters were not changed.
Is the vectorizer size dependant?

Yes, you can get differing results depending on the canvas size. If you think about what an interpolation algorithm is doing to a source image to make it a larger image that is then vectorized, it should make sense to you.
If you want to take a specific vectorizer effect and render it larger, output it as a svg vector file. You can then import the svg as a new canvas into studio artist and set the larger canvas size you want. You could also open it in another vector program like illustrator.
