I'm trying to add my first photo album with three photos. I got started in the Forum by clicking 'Gallery', then 'Still Images', then 'All Albums', then '+Add'. Here's what shows on that page

Add photos by dragging them to your album on the right. Remove them by dragging them back.
Title your album. Give it a cover and description.
Save your album!
My problems begin when I drag a photo as instructed. The whole 'add an album' dialog disappears, and a full-screen copy of my dragged photo appears instead. The problem is that it provides me with no way to get back to the initial entry screen with my loaded photo. I tried pressing the 'back' browser arrow, but that simply gets me back to the entry screen in its original state (before a picture was dragged). I also tried using several browser tabs, dragging photos into one tab and keeping the original 'add' dialog in another, but again, that dialog doesn't connect with the loaded photos in the other tab. So I'm stuck--help please??
I've tried this both on desktop and laptop Macs with the same results, so something else is responsible..? Thanks.

It seems to work for me. I go to my albums first. then i click the add album button. I get a display with photos on left, empty album on right. I can drag and drop individual photos in the photo section display on the left into the album i'm creating on the right.
What browser are you using?
It sounds like you are double clicking the photos in some way if they are opening full screen?
Oh, now I see what's going on. I was just dragging a photo from my Mac Finder to the album on the right--I don't already have any previously-uploaded photos that could populate the 'My photos' window on the left.
Does this mean that, before setting up an album, I must have already uploaded and published individual photos in the SA Forum, so that they are available in the window on the left? But aren't there times when people just want an album of previously unpublished photos?
After all, if you can freshly upload a single picture, why not an album of such? Is there some way to do this? --Thanks!!
Yes, you make albums from photos you have already uploaded to your photos section.
