  • Craig, thanks for the return post. Your HD presets are great. I will play with your sketchys.

here are 2 more.. one for Bernard as he asked about it.. not a sketchy but a paint. A second one that I think you will have fun with Craig. It shades a bit like pencil based on a region analysis of the source. But really it looks rather random - hand draw with it. and you will get the idea.

    • toposweep preset... be aware that there might be some issues with the translate warp and the output of this preset.

  • There are some sweet Presets in your "sketchy thoughts"!

    Good places to launch from.

    My own experiments here: sketchyH01_CD.zip

These center around the "bleed" effect I am looking for. These pull in rather than bleed out. Not at all what I really would like from a Harmony like "sketchy" line... But these do create an interesting effect. The "sketchy look of the Harmony tool is the one i am most intrigued by. The closest to a drawing tool - used like a pencil (so to speak)

These are meant to be used as hand drawing tools. The image below is composed of lines drawn with all the Presets.

Some draw line - some pull pigment more than others. Some will draw serious blobs over previously drawn strokes.

  • Even though they are labeled as "handdraw" presets, with one or two exceptions, they also draw on 'auto' setting, but very differently.
