I know rendering a mp4 from Studio Artist can be an intensive process, but I was wondering if there's an advantage in using a format like ProRes over a codec like mp4 or h.264 as a source file loaded into Studio Artist?I've traditionally rendered original media out to tif image sequences or ProRes movies (especially if I need to work in Final Cut Pro at some point - though I've done this less frequently with the advent of FCP X) See More
