Frame capture from an auto-rotoscoped paint animation i was working on today. The PASeq was designed to emulate an oil paint style with loose wavy paint strokes for the rough fill painting.

You know, if the frame rate remains next to 15fps it get´s a better flow.Much more like an animation.

Yes, lower frame rates are often better for generating paint animations. The original frame rate for the source movie for this was 24 FPS. I used a movie preference source frame skip of 1 to drop it to 12 FPS. I've been wondering is 8 FPS would be even better for this.
