Compressed Charcoal Preset?

I'm looking for a preset that would mimic the look and feel of a brick of compressed charcoal. This is for a project that will have still, hand drawn, images made in charcoal on paper overlaid with rotoscoped images, ideally in the same or an analogous style. Specifically of interest are the dark sharp lines of the corner of a charcoal brick contrasting with the softer more textured flat sides. I've attached two images to show the rough look I am going for.I suppose I could do this with two…See More

Rotate canvas/rotate source

Is there a way to rotate the canvas such that when painting the source is also rotated? I find that certain brushes work better, and I prefer drawing, majority vertical rather than horizontal. However, when I rotate the canvas, as I would when drawing on paper, to draw vertically the source is unrotated so I end up not painting the proper portion of the image to the canvas. Thoughts?See More

Color Querry

I have a couple paint presets that I like which use the Max Sat_LHS Color for their Color Mode. Far too extreme a look for certain uses. Switching all the way to Color is too extreme in the other direction. What I would ideally want is a slider that allows me to choose the amount of saturation boost the brush gets. Is there a way to do this that I am missing or is the best option to just find a mode that most closely relates to the saturation values I am looking for?See More

How long will a "Gallery Show" run?

When running a Gallery Show in SA5, there are two options listed: Action>Run Gallery show, andAction>Run Gallery show single cycle.I have Gallery Show preferences set to cycle through current favorites with the source option set to folder (sequential) (both set in Preferences>Gallery. It seems that running a single cycle runs only one image and that just Run Gallery goes on endlessly. Is that correct? Is there a way to run just all the favorite presets one time on each image in the…See More
