Gallery Show Request

I would like to have a simple gallery show palette with the drop down for gallery type, a play button, a pause button, and most importantly a skip button.  A lot of the time you can tell right off if…Continue

Feature Request... pallette/gradient generation option

Think you might add this fairly simple feature request, unless I've missed it again somewhere?  I know how to work around this, but it would be handy if the ability to generate palettes and gradients…Continue

Anyone know of a way to vary dab size based on canvas location?  Say you build a preset specifically for waves and you want the brush size to start very small along the horizon, but then you want the…Continue

Gallery Show Request

I would like to have a simple gallery show palette with the drop down for gallery type, a play button, a pause button, and most importantly a skip button.  A lot of the time you can tell right off if you don't like a preset... i.e. when the canvas remains blank. It would be really nice to just skip to the next in those cases, Option to blank the canvas or not should be in there as well I suppose.See More

Feature Request... pallette/gradient generation option

Think you might add this fairly simple feature request, unless I've missed it again somewhere?  I know how to work around this, but it would be handy if the ability to generate palettes and gradients from a selected supported image file on the hard disk for palette matching a series of paintings you want to go together perhaps. As opposed to Canvas or Source images.Adding color select by source image if not canvas luminance as well to the gradient panel options would be nice :).See More

What version of Studio Artist do you own?
Studio Artist 4 (Windows 7 x64)
How do you use Studio Artist?
Still figuring that out... pretty new to it... trying to figure out how I might use it in some of my artwork.
About Me:
I was born and raised in California. I like to experiment with pretty much any kind of graphics editor I can get my hands on. I used to draw and paint paper and canvas as well as sculpt in many mediums, but have mostly migrated into digital work.

Currently I am just trying to figure out how best to use Studio Artist to maybe generate base paintings to further develop. It does well at generating some painterly effects, and I like the fact that you can also paint manually with no assistance.

You have to try saving it in different formats - no easy solution so far for the jpeg format. :(
