It was set to supersize interpolate.

In the resize dialog there is a 'no interpolate' option, and if you turned that on then the original canvas image would be positioned at the top left corner of the canvas.

I had that happen as well in the same position.

This is something that has not happened before, so thought would share it. I resized an image and got this result which includes a smaller version of the same, upper left corner. The added artifacts of the larger image (circled in yellow) and out...

The PASeq editor settings can be a little confusing, especially if you forget about them. They used to be global preferences before, but now they are associated with each individual PASeq preset. There are situations where you want the mask or la...

Thanks for all the input--will give it another go and try to remember to set all the steps... still learning what all the different steps and parameters do and sometimes hard to keep track of details.

Prior paths is a good one to bring up. If you build PASeqs that generate paths without erasing the bezier path layer first, then they may build up over time since the old paths never get removed from the path frame. Version 4 has a new path : pat...

You have mask playback turned off in the paseq parameters. So when you play it back any masked action steps you may have been working with when you initially generated the paseq are not going to playback masked.

Thank you very much Dee. These comments mean a bunch to me having such a history of artistic failure. I am an engineer and it has taken many years to undo the rigid structure of my thinking.

Thanks Dee for your kind comments. I find some of my images on different stock sites and some I get on CDs with Mags. or software. A few were posted on other sites for members to play with.

HIO Dee,

Thanks once again, Dee Creating these pieces are my shelter from the storm. Coney Island is so rich and textured that creating art from the imagery is a natural process. Sometimes the photos are so strong to begin with that altering them much is a disservice to them.

I saw that you taught college. What? I still teach 2 design classes at a university here.

Take care,

Paul

HI Dee,
I actually had been thinking of you. I really enjoyed your images from what appeared to be in Spain or Mexico. They are very exciting. Did you take the photos? Where? Thank you for letting me know how much you like my images. My Coney Island imagery is the largets and most comprehensive project I have ever attempted. In the process, there are inevitable mood swings and self doubts. Your comments help me and encourage me to continue. I am grateful.
