So was that a warp you were using to do the radial painting in dual mode?

yes kaliedo distance symmetry   set the timing in the dual mode panel to 5 or less. the activation to pen down.

In dual mode you can either draw to activate the pen and the warp is static (warping from the same place and with the same settings) or you can initiate a loop run, in which case the paint is auto and the warp can be dynamically adjusted with the pen, (mouse).

Thanks... just really getting the idea of dual mode... MSG on the other hand I eliminated from my diet a long time ago and I haven't really gotten into yet in SA. I guess it's not just for Chinese food anymore.

yes many people are allergic to MSG even in SA.. it takes more of an engineering mind to figure it out.. fortunately there is the evolver for the rest of us.

My poor laptop is apparently too slow to really use dual mode for much... have to try my desktop some time.  By the way.. do you have a really simple fairly smooth finger smudge type preset you wouldn't mind sharing?
