3D Wax?

Last month there was an image on the forum that had a highly raised painterly look with trees & a orange-ish background that looked quite amazing in it's 3D effect. It said it used Wax 3D preset-- but although I searched could never find where that one resides. Can you tell?

Thanks for Wax 3D effect but don't see how it generates the raised 3D look. Also where does it go inside SA? Might you still have the file that shows all the steps to arrive at that image where the 3D effect is so pronounced so I can figure it out?

      • Bill, I believe that Bernard can help you out. There may be another embossed step involved, so am attaching that preset as well. I put mine into the favorites folder in the meantime along with some gradient presets. Fiddling with a combination will get you close, but rely on Bernard to give you more specifics.

Studio Artist is in Italy!

I was crawling the streets of Matera, Italy today and may have discovered where SA is hiding!  (see attached photo). Not meaning to make light of this great, sad mystery. But I just couldn't resist as I try to make sense of what's happening. Losing my connection to SA, Synthetik and John has been a great sadness... and if real, ends a monumental era in my creative life. love,~Victor
