How to print SA creations on A0 size paper or other materials if your creation is made with 1600x1200 pixels? Most of my recent creations are made with the paint synthesizer classic. I have tried to work with same size picture but with bigger canvas but do not get the same results and also working with very large pictures and large canvas size the result is different. Printing companies in my area are not having any idea how to handle EPS file or SVG files! Who can help me?

You can import an EPS file into Photoshop and rasterize it to whatever resolution you want to. You could then save it to Tiff for your printing companies.
SVG can't be imported into Photoshop, but you can import them into Illustrator.
