I would like to add detail back into my final output. I can not find a cloner preset to do this in the latest version of SA for Windows.Using this approach, I would like to simply brush back over areas of the painting that needed more detail. Is there a preset to do this in the newest version of SA for Win ?
The closest I can find are some spray cloners, but they don't come close enough to the source image.
Any ideas ?

Read more…Hi, here is the video I made back in 2010 for my song "Teenage Tongue Cult". I finally found my master folder of image sequence files for it on one of my old hard drives, and since the version I had on my Vimeo was of pretty terrible pixelated low quality visually, I re-did it yesterday. It has extensive use of Studio Artist through the whole thing. I often use the Clone Source-Soft preset found in the Wacom Intros Demo Project. I'm using a Mac so yours might be somewhere else. There is also a video tut that shows how to bring back detail http://synthetik.com/studio-artist-training-videos/
I attached 2 simple paint presets that clone the source image directly. I'm assuming that's what you want as opposed to a painterly version of the source).

Thank you for the great reply ! I believe that the soft cloner was in the earlier MAC version of SA but not in the current Win version. It is exactly what I needed.
