Encapsulation tutorial request

Hi, if you get some time, could you please make a step-by-step tutorial on "encapsulation"?  I've seen it mentioned for years but have never figured out how to actually DO it.  Thanks!

Those Path : Paint Synthesizer menu commands are better behaved nowadays.

Anything that works with a Context action step, make sure you elect it in the PASeq action list before running the menu command in there.

I thought there was a new tutorial movie on this topic, but i don't see it posted at synthetik.com yet.  So i'll ask where that is at.

I can put together a tutorial here as well on it.  I'll try to put something together in the next day on it.

We eventually want to get it down to a single menu step you can run where you point at a folder of images and then it does everything for you.  Right now you have to run through a few steps.  most of it is automatic, but you have to do the series of menu commands to run that stuff. And you need to put together an appropriate paint preset that you want to use that supports it.

When i showed our video tutorial person, they immediately picked a factory paint preset to use for it that wasn't really compatible.  Because it had a ton of special case things turned on to inhibit and focus painting, which ends up restricting what you are trying to do with having encapsulated bezier paths in there that can freely interpolate between keyframes.  It is better to start simply, and then start messing with special features in the paint after you have something working..
