So i looked at the Circles preset, and you are using the Sketch Mass ip op effect to generate the circles. Now officially, V5 does not support svg output from ip op effects that use vector drawing internally in them. Unofficially, you can get svg vector output from some of them. But not all of them.
So that is why you are having issues with this particular preset.
Why not use the paint synthesizer and a simple vector paint preset to do it? Then you won't run into the issue you are running into.
We'd like to clean up the various issues with svg output and ip op vector effects in the next release. Because obviously it would be great to easily output all of those ip op vector effects as svg.
Full svg output support in V5
Vector paint presets and the Vectorizer are both fully supported in V5 for svg output.
Keep in mind that raster paints, or the raster part of a hybrid vector-raster paint will not output svg. Only the vector drawing is output.
Partial svg output support in V5
MSG effects that use vector drawing internally will output svg.
But if your MSG preset is combining vector effects with raster processing effects, what you see for the svg output may not look like what you see on the screen, since just the vector drawing into the internal buffer is what is going to be output.
Ip Op effects that use vector drawing internally may or may not output svg.
thank you for reply
If anyone needs help designing a V5 preset that does output the circular pattern you want as a svg file, let me know here and i'll show you some ways to do it. Like most things in Studio Artist, there are a lot of different approaches you could take to get there.
