I'll pass on your comment about the language translation issue to the appropriate person here. I know there have been some issues with it due to weirdness with the wordpress themes we use and google apis we use for it as various changes were made to the site.

They will also be pleased with your positive comments.

Ning (user form) is a different beast than our synthetik site, which is wordpress based. So the range of customization we can do her eon the forum is Ning limited. They were planning on doing a 'try to match it up' pass on the user forum at some point soon.
