When I visit the SA forum via this link: https://studioartist.ning.com/
I often see images in the slide show that I would like to get more info about. Unfortunately the only option at that point is to "View all" or see the image full size by pulling up the context menu for the image. Is there a way to get the details, such as who made it, etc?

Since the Forum is going away in June, has anyone started to make a copy of all the stuff in the Tutorials forum?I've made copies of some of the tutorial material on the main site, but haven't looked at the Tutorial Forum yet.I'm going to continue copying as much as I can for my own personal use anyway, but if anyone else is doing it, or has already started doing it, please let me know.Maybe we can co-ordinate our efforts. ps can't ..... believe John, would let this happen without so much as a…

But I just couldn't resist as I try to make sense of what's happening. Read more…Hi, here is the video I made back in 2010 for my song "Teenage Tongue Cult". I finally found my master folder of image sequence files for it on one of my old hard drives, and since the version I had on my Vimeo was of pretty terrible pixelated low quality visually, I re-did it yesterday. It has extensive use of Studio Artist through the whole thing. That's a good question. Because you are right, it would be great to double click on an image in the slide show and then have the original image post come up with the image , the person who posted it, and associated comment posts it may have.
So i just tried that and it didn't work.
The slide show is a ning feature we use. i can dig around a little bit.
It's quite possible there is a way to do it i just don't know about. Feel free to speak up if anyone has figured out a good solution for this.
At some point we would like to transition from Ning to a better User Forum solution. Beefing up the photo gallery features would be a huge part of that. Any photo slide shows should be setup so that they either directly display meta info associated with the current photo displayed by the slide show, or there is a button there that will bring that info up if pressed.
Even cooler would be an automated slide show that could learn from your personalized 'like-dislike' feedback. So rather then staying a uniform random representation of all previous photo posts (how it works now), it would learn over time to display photos that better reflect what you told it you liked.
