I recently was introduced to the work of the artist Android Jones. 
I would like to think this style is amenable to an approach within SA. Though having different size layers would be a big help. (PLEASE John). But collage layers aside, what about the elements. They seem quite vector based to me.
.. can you do this in SA? ... Challenge!!
