    How do I tell whether I am running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of SA5 on a Windows 10 machine?

    Diana, you should start a tech support ticket for your crash issue. Here's the link to support tickets. In your ticket, please explain exactly what you were doing leading up to the crash so that we can duplicate it, if you were using a factory preset tell us which one, if using a custom preset attach it.

    I am getting a lot of crashes for Studio artist.    It crashes every time I use it.  I am including a crash log.

Apple Silicon advantages comparing to Intel - how is your experience?

Hi,I am still before ARM transition and still doing motion design stuff on relatively new Intel based Macs (six-core i7 and six-core Xeon to be exact).Considering my future upgrade to M1 or M2, MacBookPro or Mac Studio -- and trying to set a reasonable path through available configurations -- I wonder about possible benefits. Converting camera photos to S.A. files: what's the relationship between the two?

I've been dinking around with S.A. for a number of years, and have just now gotten more serious, and I'm posting photographs to an online gallery. I have some fundamental questions to which I've yet to find answers. Since my knowledge base is shallow, please bear with me. This might get difficult. 1. No Upgrade tp 5.5 for 5.0 Users?

Hi, This has been my experience so far trying to get an upgrade. I am dead in the water until this is resolved. Has anyone been able to get the u[grade you were promised when you bought 5.0?
