Yao, maybe you should start a new forum discussion about your question. It's hard to answer it deep inside of that other discussion thread, and i'm not really sure what you are talking about when you refer to using 2D modulation or a wacom tablet?
If you want to incorporate more than 1 color into a single paint nib, there are ways inside of the paint synthesizer to do that. There are various color modulation options. And color gradients.
And also the Fixed Colors 1 and 2 ( Fixed Color control panel), which are available throughout the paint synth, and can track the source color as offsets or be static fixed colors.
