The dithering that you can observe if you look at the full size image is from the geodesic brush setting

Thank you Bernard. I am happy with the look. While there is a lot going on it is not that complicated, only 3 presets. Starts with 3 handpulled strokes  then 1 autopaint then 1 handpulled stroke but that last stroke is a area painter that covers way more than where the stroke was placed- almost like an autopaint. I made it in response to Craig's one pull challenge.
