A sample output from my wild ride in gallery show last night in Studio Artist V5.5. It's amazing how subtle adjustments that manipulate the dynamic tension of opposing forces within the overall generative strategy can really shift what is coming out of it in fascinating ways. This started with a fairly simple single nib tile photo mosaic generative strategy that I basically kept the same, manipulating what the auto-masking was doing, and how the start and end cycle processing was affecting it, as well as turning on or off ClipNib (new generative paint preference option).

  • Of course changing the contents of the image folder brushes you are working with on the fly can have a huge impact on the contents and associated emotional response of the output from the generative strategy.
