Care to share your process for this? What percentage of it was created in Illustrator, Painter, Studio Artist?

I traced a photo in illustrator, keeping just 64 colors. Then I used the pixel colors to do some work on Painter. I then worked it on Studio Artist. This, as far as I remember, as I did this in 2005.
