i use interactive pen, then set brush modulation with this setting: Image Orientation, 1,0,20 (depend on the brush movie size you have), Interpolation, H-V, None, 0, Image Lum, 30,360,360, Qubic, None. I want to brush on detail area, i reduced the size max size range.
PS: I use alpha channel movie brush
