  I made this several months ago...

  It was easy to create...

  I took a ZBrush (software) head.

  I run a scribble sketch, white scribble on black background.

  I run a second scribble sketch, black scribble on white background, and mixed the 2 layers, so the background becomes grey, and you have black and white lines...And a little PS correction to enhance the result.

  If you are interested by the preset I can post it...
