"We found out what was going on. An old Studio Artist folder somehow got into the Preset folder itself. Remove it and the problem went away.

sa shuts down as soon as i click on inspire. i've been able to use this in catalina before. anything i can try?See More

Hey everybody, I'm new here and totally new to Studio Artist, as well. So far I'm loving the program--everything I create in the program looks amazing!
