This was made using a generative art strategy that only uses the Vectorizer in Studio Artist V5.5 while testing some new Vectorizer features.

How do I import an image from the Photos app to the canvas?Or have an imaged open in Studio Artist from the finder?

Save your photo as a jpeg, png, or tiff image. Any of those file formats should open as a source image.
If you drag and drop an image from the finder to the studio artist icon in the doc, it should open as well. or you can drag and drop to the source area.
