I knocked this off last night was doing gallery show testing in Studio Artist 5.5. It's all generative path strategies, which I was mixing up as things went along. I started with image folder mosaic tiling strategies (no start or end cycle processing, no auto masking), then started mixing it up. I added auto masking, then added additional start and end cycle processing to 'cook' the image in the canvas recursively over multiple GS cycles, then backed that off with a different set of start-end cycle processing.

All of there images in the video were grabbed using the Grab button in the new GalleryShow ToolBar in SA V5.5. So you're seeing what I wanted to use as frames in the video, as opposed to real time gallery show output.

As I was watching it work I thought it might be cool to grab multiple times as it was drawing a single canvas at some points, and that does seem like it could be an effective strategy in watching the video.

I then used Studio Artist 5.5 to take that folder of GS grab images and turn it into a movie. I tried using a Transition Context to do it (which looks cool), but decided for this particular thing using Morph Context with no bezier paths in the keyframe (which means it's going to do a simple fade). I turned on there ease in/ease out so it stayed longer on the individual frames before diving into the fades.

Saw this the morning after: Großartig! WMF:phenomenal! Can not hardly wait to dive into "video" again with SA5.5, after years without...
