Building this kind of thing is totally automatic in Studio Artist 4 (other than running a few menu commands). You start by putting together a series of Source Context action step keyframes in a PASeq for the different source images you want to use. I then built a paint synthesizer preset that used path start regionization to generate the region outlines. This initial PASeq was then used to generate a keyframed Bezier Context action step running the appropriate Path menu command. I then ran another path menu command to convert the bezier context action step into an embedded bezier autopaint step. I'm using region fill as brush pen mode to fill the regions with solid color.
