This was done is two passes. These are in the new preset folder. Autopaint/General Image Render Styles/Abstract Mod and for the edges Autopaint/Sketch Styles/An Edge Sketch2. The edge is a vector paint.
There is a new feature in 4.03 where you can change the Visual Error pulldown in Path End in the editor to allow overdrawing on a canvas. The new ones are the Blanking ones. All the settings do something different but with a vector paint you need to use BlankingAsBlack PaintLumErr to get it to overdraw. This little hidden control is VERY powerful.
