A quick method to discover the factory presets (Ipop, Vectorizer, PASeq, MSG, etc) is to choose one picture and then you run the gallery mode show and choose the technique (preferences):

Thanks. The saturated colors effect comes from the "max sat mean" option selected in the drawing setuo of the vectorizer editor. I made many tests with this preset, changing all the differents parameters, and I think it's the best setup combination that John selected for this one.
The artifacts near the edges are the result of the jpeg compression, It's not on my original tiff 368 Mo picture size in 50 x 50 cm (20 x 20 inches) that I printed this afternoon !

There was only 2 steps. SA preset and Filter Forge (software) preset.

If you select black background (editor/drawing/background fill : black) the effect is different
