Thanks Tony. I'm fairly sure it can be achieved/built in SA but layer blended 50% of SnapArt/Oil Paint/Thick Canvas is the short route.
Personally, I'm sometimes conflicted about using 'real media' approaches, but my inner-aesthetan more readily accepts certain images when that kind of effect is added.
