Thanks everyone. I am grateful for your comments. In looking over the archive of my Coney Island photos, I am surprised that I am still finding gems that I previously overlooked. The process of creation over time changes ones eyes and heart. I see more now than I did in the past. Studio Artist is a great teacher. Being aware of the process is invaluable because many things happen with SA that add to my visual vocabulary and imagination. I am always grateful for the members here who add so much to the experience. Its always a dilemma when making the decision to leave an image as a "pure" photo or alter it using the tools John has provided. I have photographer friends here who that I feel I ruin the image by destroying the integrity of the photo. Yet I can say more though by "painting" with my image and increasing the emotional impact of the imagery using SA. For me that's the bottom line.
