  It was simply based on a QR Code font, and I added shadow with the paint synthesizer.

  What I found interesting here, is the optical effect. You don't know if the blue or the white cubes are elevated, blue or white background...

  Here is the preset

  Install the font. Choose it in the control panel of the paint editor. Change size. Do not use auto paint, just one shot. Modify shadow and options in the vector output panel
