For this artwork as usual , I do it manually . The first thing I do is turn union skin , then change the pen mode to interactive pen. After that, I did change the settings on paint fill setup : Brush Image , Image Canvas , Blend . Because I use the alpha channel brush, then I change the brush type: brush alpha source.
I brush on canvas by observing the image edge boundaries . For the beginning , I was working part detail in advance , such as the eyes , nose , mouth . Afterward I was working on other parts. The size of the brush that I use 256x256 72 dpi , and for variations in the size I use 8,16,32,64,128 value .
Because I have a lot to understand about the features in the Studio Artist , so I'm just doing what I know . Even for 3d shadow , I do not know how: D . Do you want to share with me how to do it?
By the way , if given a 3D shadow effects , does not look like the "snake's skin" ?
