The attached preset will show in rough form the technique I used to generate this.
The repetition of the warp steps is a stand-in for using the cmd-shift-R loop run mode. Try different types of warps. If you run one of the warp steps the warp operations will be set to the necessary parameters for the first step in the process. (warp the even field) then you will need to switch the composite mode to replace the odd field and run your warp again. Sometimes doing a slightly different warp on the odd field works best.
This process works best with smaller canvas sizes 512x512 is the size of my samples I have also done 720x480 with good results.
