There are all kinds of different Studio Artist features that have come from the initial inspiration of reading about various academic research in the past. So always feel free to point our any new research that you think should be included into Studio Artist as new features.
SO one Idea in these papers is intelligently assisted (manual) sketching. I think this would be a natural addition to SA. Not in the exact implementation of the paper presented. But in the sense that we could have a freeform pen/mouse sketch that would smooth to a local source image contour/edge. As a related idea I would like intelligent smoothing of the freeform pen tool based on velocity.
