This popped out of some tests of the new gallery show feature that randomly evolves image processing effects from scratch (as opposed to mutating existing presets).

Good question. I think whatever ip op generated this probably does not directly generate bezier paths. but you could take the output image and convert it to vector using the vectorizer. you would want to use the flat input technique and turn off all of the filtering and cleanup.
You can use Line Screen Block Regionize to generate this particular effect. You need Studio Artist 4 for that particular ip op. It's a little atypical for what you normally would generate with that particular effect since the screen effect is kind of dialed out for this particular style. I just added a new screen option for a straight adaptive threshold, which again is not really a screen effect but is a useful addition for more variations on this kind of style.
One of the new gallery show options lets you riff new random presets for whatever the current image operation is, which is great for previewing what a given ip op is capable of.
We'll be updating everyone with the latest and greatest build soon. We don't update the entire customer database with every v4 build we generate, only what i would call milestone builds.
