  Deliciously gloopy, John. Looks like it was auto painted, but with which preset? One that I have buried somewhere on my computer, or one that only you have...?

  It's a preset i hacked together quickly, so i don't think it's factory one but you could build it pretty quickly. I think it was just a modified version of 'a gradient brush', which is the default preset that comes up at startup. I don't have any path end settings turned on, but i use brush blanking to inhibit path starts to get it to fill in quickly. The actual path shape is modified with one of the new dev 4 stylization settings.
