  • This looks interesting...Is it in the current version?

  • This particular image was generated in pre_V6.  I'm using an EBM (energy based model) vector paint feature, which is a new feature that is great for dialing in the tightness of the painted representation.  And i'm playing with some new local color gradient features in the vector paint that i just added in the last 2 days.  They work off of the new local color variance features in the Fixed Color control panel.  What that all means is that the local color statistics associated with the local area of the current brush nib being painted are used to help better represent that localized portion of the source image in the local coloring of the vector paint being applied to the canvas.

If you look at my daily art blog you can read about the new Fixed Color features in the 'fixed color min max experiments' posts.  And there are a ton of posts that showcase different things you can do with the new EBM digital paint features that are tagged EBM digital paint.
