This started with some night video footage taken in Waikiki with a zi8 video camera. That was then processed with the temporal scan tracker and a fixed scan position to build a static photo that encapsulates the horizontal movement in the center of the set of video frames. That image was then processed with some image operation and vectorizer effects to build the final image.
