    I tested it, and it is a 4.02 vs 4.03 issue. We're working on trying to get 4.03 update download emails out to everyone in the next 24 hours, which will resolve the issue for you. Some presets made in 4.03 won't import into earlier versions of Studio Artist, so that is what you are running into. Bernard and Mike are running 4.03 builds.

    Am having a problem with both of these presets. Have downloaded them twice and tried them, but each time I get the following message. Has anyone else experienced the same?

      same problem, perhaps they are build to run under SA 4.03, I have only 4.02?

      Dee, these were made with 4.03-- not sure if that is an issue. Shouldn't be. Maybe John can help.
