Ok, very interesting how this paint preset is put together. Using Dual Fill option associated with the AntiAliased Solid Brush Type. For those that don't know, what that means is that the paint preset is combining together raster and vector painting in one paint stroke. The fine structure is vector, the wider wash paint is raster.
I'm trying some experiment incorporating some automatic structure analysis to autopaint with this. Quite interesting so far. Will post an example after i experiment with it a little more.
