    Max I believe that you need to zip compress the file before posting.. all I get is a text file

      You can post a preset file without zipping it. But you lose the mac resource fork if it's coming from a mac. So then the finder doesn't know what it is. But it will import into studio artist. i usually encourage people to zip it when coming from a mac so that the resource fork info stays around.

      Preset files exported on windows don't even have the resource fork part, it's a mac exclusive thing.

      Folders of presets are another thing, those definitely need to be zip compressed.

      No michael, I had no problem, must record it when downloaded, not open it, then put it in the fav preset folder, and you can open it with SA. I made some test but have not the result that Max had. It depends of the source, I suppose
